A few days ago we (84 students and 7 teachers) met at the LuWi to travel to London. The two busses started at 8pm and we went 10 hours by bus and 2 hours by ferry. The next morning we arrived in London and at first we took the underground to the Tower of London. It was a nice view. Next we went across the Tower Bridge that was really interesting. But it was an exhausting walk along the riverside. We made many stops to relax and to buy many souvenirs.
We saw the Millennium Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Sharp, the Hard Rock Café and Piccadilly Circus, where we did some more shopping. In the evening we flew with the London Eye.
At 10 pm we finally arrived at the hotel. There we took our bags and went to the rooms. Before we went to sleep we played with the people of our class.
The next morning at 7:30am we had breakfast, very delicious. Then we went to Big Ben, Westminster Abby and Buckingham Palace to see the ‘Changing of the Guards’. It was a really exhausting walk, too. But afterwards we had some more time to buy souvenirs.
